The Lemon Tree Estates park has received a report that there were about 20 break ins at Tropical Valley park. Cars were broken into and homes. One home was entered while the residents were asleep. The residents had left a window open for fresh air and someone entered through it. Please take extra security measures tonight.

LTE Pool Lock Announcement
The park insurance carrier has recommended that locks should be placed on the entrance gates to the pool. Also, unknown persons have been seen in the pool and recreation hall. For safety reasons we do not want strangers in our recreation area. Locks were always on the pool gates until about 2 years ago. We want all owners to have access to the pool and recreation hall, but not people who do not reside in Lemon Tree Estates. New locks will be installed on the pool gates and keyed the same as the keys to the recreation hall doors. Everyone who has a key to the recreation hall can use the same key to open the pool gates. This will save money in the long run by reducing the number of keys needed. Please lock the gates and hall when you leave, during the summer months.
Thank you,
Jim Small
President Lemon Tree Estates
